The EPR signal is biased by the input to the EEC data entry plug to give the correct EPR/thrust relationship and the output (actual EPR) is transmitted from the EEC to the flight management computer (FMC) and the EFIS/EICAS interface units (EIU's), which then displays actual EPR on the main EICAS display.
