Remove the Left Thermocouple Cable (Fig. 401).

(1) Remove the four nuts (3 and 4) and washers (5 and 8) that attach the harness leads of the left thermocouple cable (2) to the studs of the left thermocouple probe.
NOTE: Do this at each thermocouple probe location (7 and 10 o'clock
____ positions on the turbine exhaust case). Temporarily install the nuts and washers on the thermocouple probe studs after you remove the harness leads.

Remove the two bolts (6 and 9), nuts (7), and spacers (17, if applicable) that attach the thermocouple cable clamps to the bracket at each location.

Remove the bolts (6) and nuts (7) that attach the thermocouple cable clamps to the flange T brackets on the turbine exhaust case.

Remove the bolts (9 and 10) and spacers (17) that attach the plates
(11 and 12) to the brackets (13, 14, and 15) at the 6 o'clock
position on the turbine exhaust case.

Remove the cover (24) from the terminal box.
