B. Removal of the ADF Loop and Sense Antenna
(1)
Remove the bolts (1) from the antenna (2).
(2)
Lift the antenna (2) until you can see the coaxial cable connector (5).
(3)
Disconnect the coaxial cable connector (5) from the antenna connector.
NOTE : The coaxial cable (6) must not go into the fuselage.

(4)
Remove and discard the O-ring (3).
(5)
Remove the antenna (2) and the gasket (4).
(6)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.

Put masking tape around the coaxial cable (6) and attach it to the fuselage.
(8)
Remove the sealant with a nonmetallic scraper and clean the fuselage structure with the CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-010).
