Aircraft manuals of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) like AMM
or MMEL, used to be distributed by the aircraft manufacturer to airline
operators and MRO providers in paper. It is the customer’s task to
hand out and duplicate these manuals for their employees. The initial
distribution and renewal has to be prompt and reliable since changes
and updates are vitally important. Nowadays, hardcopies are being
substituted more and more by electronic manuals since the
