I. INSPECTION OPTIONS - DTR CHECK FORM F-14A Around door cutout (within "Area A" as shown on the first illustration page).

(External) From Direction 1, including fastener locations, using visual inspection methods.
Access: None required.
Zone(s): 100, 200.
(2)
Reinforcement (Bear) Strap and Skin
(Internal) From Direction 2, at specified locations, using LFEC (Ref. NDT Manual D6-37239, Part 6, 53-10-67). 1.0 elapsed hour and 2.0 manhours are required to accomplish this inspection.
Access: Open doors 4201 and 1601. Remove scuff plates.
Zone(s): 100, 200.
II. INSPECTION OPTIONS - DTR CHECK FORM F-14B Around door cutout (within "Area A", “Area B”, and "Area C" as shown on the illustration pages).
(1) Frames, Sills, Bear Strap, and Skin
(Internal) From Direction 3, including fastener locations, using visual inspection methods; at specified locations, using LFEC (Ref. NDT Manual D6-37239, Part 6, 53-10-67) and at specified locations, using HFEC (Ref. NDT Manual D6-37239, Part 6, 53-10-39). 1.0 elapsed hour and 1.0 manhour are required to accomplish these NDT inspections.
Access: Open doors 1201,1601 and 4201. Remove side panels, insulation and lower sill corner scuff plates. Airstair door accessed through E&E compartment door with airstairs extended, remove insulation as required.
Zone(s): 100, 200, 107, 205.
