 (4)  S 864-015Let the adhesive dry fully (approximately 15 minutes).
 (5)  S 034-010Remove the masking tape or the mask.
 (6)  S 034-011Remove the release paper from the placard.
 (7)  S 424-012Put the placard on the center of the surface and install. you remove air pockets during installation. Make sure
 (8)  S 424-013Rub down placard fully with strong hand pressure and a cheesecloth pad.
 (9)  S 114-014If the primed surface shows around the placard, remove the unwanted adhesive with naphtha cleaner.

 O-RINGS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General_______
 A.  This procedure contains one task. The task is the installation of O-rings.
 B.  Use this procedure for the installation of O-rings over sharp edges. Sharp edges include threaded fasteners, keyways, slots, splines, and ports.
 C.  Before installation, examine the O-rings for cuts, abrasions,
 deformities, and surface defects.

_______ MORE THAN 50 PERCENT DURING INSTALLATION. DO NOT MAKE THE TEFLON AND PLASTIC O-RING INNER DIAMETERS LARGER BY MORE THAN 5
 PERCENT DURING INSTALLATION.  FAILURE COULD OCCUR.
 (3)  Put the thimble over the fitting.
 (4)  S 434-005Put the O-ring on the thimble.

Move the expanding body over the thimble and against the O-ring and push the O-ring into the groove.

 (6)  
Use the extracting rod to remove the expanding body from the thimble.

 CAUTION:_______MAKE SURE THE O-RINGS DO NOT HAVE PINCHES. MAKE SURE THE BOLTS AND FITTINGS ARE CORRECTLY ATTACHED. IF NOT, FAILURE COULD OCCUR.
 (8) Examine the O-ring for twists and pinches caused by installation.
 (a) Align the O-ring to remove twists and pinches.
