(b) If the impedance is correct:
- do a check of the impedance of the RUD TR ACT PWR ON signal R between the pin AE/11C of the FAC-2 rack connector and the R ground point DC2 (Ref. AWM 22-68-04).
NOTE : The impedance must be more than 70 Ohms.

- do a check of the correct continuity of the wiring of the RUD TR ACT PWR ON signal from the FAC2 to the relay 7CC2 (Ref. ASM 22-68/03)
R a_ If there is continuity:
R
- replace the RELAY-RUD TRIM 2 (7CC2)
- install the above removed FAC-2 (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-
400-002).
R b_ If there is no continuity:R
- repair the wiring
- install the above removed FAC-2 (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-400-002)
2 If the impedance is correct:
_
- do a check of the correct continuity of the wiring of the 28VDC signal from the relay 7CC2 to the RT actuator (10CC) and associted GND at RT actuator (Ref. ASM 22-68/03).
R a_ If there is continuity:R
- replace the relay 7CC2.
R b_ If the fault continues:R
- replace the FAC-2 (1CC2) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-400-002).
R (2) If the fault continues: R
- do a check and repair the remaining wiring from the FAC 2 (1CC2) to the rudder trim actuator (10CC) (Ref. ASM 22-68/03).
B. If the test does not give the maintenance message AFS: FAC2/RT ACTR 10CC:
- do the operational test of the rudder trim function (Ref. AMM TASK 22-62-00-710-001).
C. If the rudder does not move or stops before the rudder travel limit:
- replace the FAC-2 (1CC2) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-66-34-400-002).
R (1) If the fault continues:
R
R - replace the electronic module of the rudder trim actuator (10CC)
R (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-400-R 002).

R (a) If the fault continues: - replace the rudder trim actuator (10CC) (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-400-001).
R R (2) If the fault continues: - do a check and repair the wiring of the RUD TR V1 and RUD TR V2 discretes from the rudder trim actuator (10CC) to the FAC 2 (1CC2) (Ref. ASM 22-68/03).

A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: 431 XPA BUS BAR: R - replace the electronic module of the rudder trim actuator (10CC) (Ref. R AMM TASK 27-22-51-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-400-002).
R (1) If the fault continues:
- replace the ACTUATOR-RUDDER TRIM (10CC), (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 27-22-51-400-001).
R (2) If the fault continues: R
- do a check of the wirings of the 26VAC signal (from the rudder trim actuator (10CC) pin A/G and pin B/A to the first terminal block), (Ref. ASM 22-67/01).
