A. Test
(1) Do the operational test of the AFS (Ref. AMM TASK 22-96-00-710-001) and read the result for the FMGC 1.
4. Fault Isolation
_______________
A. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: FMGC1/C-M ARINC LINK:
- replace the FMGC-1 (1CA1) (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 22-83-34-400-001).
(1) If the fault continues:
- do a check of the wiring of the FMGC OWN A (MON) bus from the FMGC1 (1CA1) to the first terminal block (Ref. ASM 22-86/02).
(a) If there is no continuity:
- repair the above wiring.
(b) If there is continuity:
- do a check and repair the wiring of the FMGC MON OUT (MON) bus on the FMGC 1 (1CA1), pin AE/14A, 14B to pin AB/9J, 9K (Ref. ASM 22-86/02).
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.
