B. If the test gives the maintenance message AFS: CHK FMGC1-AP P/B CKT: - open the circuit breakers 9CA1 and 10CA1
- after 15 s, close these circuit breakers
- push the AP 1 pushbutton switch
- after 1 minute, do the operational test of the AFS (Ref. AMM TASK 22-R 96-00-710-001) and read the result for the FMGC 1. R If the test gives a different message, do the trouble shooting R procedure related to the maintenance message. R

- after 15 s, close these circuit breakers
- push the AP 2 pushbutton switch
- after 1 minute, do the operational test of the AFS (Ref. AMM TASK 22-96-00-710-001) and read the result for the FMGC 2. If the test gives a different message, do the trouble shooting procedure related to the maintenance message.
