• In addition to Honeywell proposals and outcomes of “content” subgroup,
Airbus identifies the potential following needs:
􀀗Runway vertical profile
􀀗Surface type after shoulders
􀀗Identification of rubber presence on runway parts (to cover some
NOTAMs)
􀀗Turnpads suitability for limiting aircraft (such as A340-600)
􀀗Culverts with max allowed aircraft weight
􀀗ILS interferences areas
• All these needs are not certain but Airbus would like to know if it
could be captured in an Airport Database, as it might be useful for
some applications.
