Installation of the Actuator Assy
1 Install the actuator assy (530) with screws (520) and washers (510).
2 Attach the cover (550).
NOTE: The cover is attached with hook and loop tapes.

Assembly of the Legrest Assy

Rotate the connecting lever (40) towards the kinematic assy.

Install the screws (480), nuts (470) and washers (460,490)

Attach the legrest assy with the screws (450), nuts 470) and washers (460).

Backrest Assy (Refer to IPL figure 7A)

Move the backrest assy to seat kinematic assy.

Install the backrest to seat frame with screw (110) with washer (120) and nuts (100).

Install the backrest to pushrod (890) with screw (940), nut (1010) and washer (990)

Baseframe Assy with Kinematic
(a) Assembly of the Kinematic to the Baseframe (Refer to IPL figure 7A)
1 Install the kinematic complete assy (5) with the screws (460,590), bolt (750), nuts (470,600,760) and washers (480,610,770).
D. Installation of Seat Modules (Shell, Ctr Console) to the Seat Assembly

(a) Assembly is accomlished in reversed order as Disassembly (Refer to chapter DISASSEMBLY)

E. Installation of the Seat Assembly to the Aircraft
NOTE: The seat main structure (consists of seatbase with kinematic system, backrests, legrests and the cushions) is attached onto the cabin floor tracks by means of two track.fittings at the aft and two studs at the front. To install the seat assy in the aircraft it is required to breakdown into units: seat main structure; ctr console, rear shell lh and rh.

Move the seat main structure 1/2” forward or aft on the mounting track (60) and secure the correct required position.
(2)
Mount the seat main structure on the mounting track and secure it engaging the rear track.fittings and the front studs with anti.rattle device.
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT THE TRACK FITTINGS AND THE FRONT STUDS WITH ANTI.RATTLE DEVICE ARE CORRECTLY TIGHTENED (REF CHAPTER “FITS AND CLEARANCES”) ONTO THE FLOOR TRACKS.
