GENERAL Follow the airline’s own standard component tolerances for scratches, cuts, dents etc. Replace damaged plastic and metal components. Replace damaged or worn dress covers and cushions.
Covers and cushions of the seat assemblies are certified to meet the requirments FAR 25.853(c).

BUYER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT (BFE)
Refer to the applicable Maintenance Manual of the Vendor for repair and maintenance. For List of Vendors refer to section “Introduction” in chapter “Illustrated Parts Catalog” (IPL), pageblock 10000

refurbishment and overhaul of brushes and motors.

REPAIR INSTRUCTION FOOTREST (REFER TO IPL FIGURE 6E) 1) Remove the Cushion Footrest I (Item 332, P/N 149.00.904.02JX) top pad. 2) Remove the Cushion Footrest II (Item 332A, P/N 149.00.904.04JX) bottom pad. 3) Clean the Foot Plate Structure (Padding) (Item 334, P/N 149.00.904.05) surface on both side to ensure no excessive glue and foam is left on the Foot Plate Structure. 4) Apply glue (Item 336, P/N 026352 Glue PA 3532 B/A) around the surface on both side of the Foot Plate Structure as require. 5) Carefully line up the new Cushion Footrest I (Item 332, P/N 149.00.904.02JX) and press firmly in place. 6) Carefully line up the new Cushion Footrest II (Item 332A, P/N 149.00.904.04JX) and press firmly in
