6. MONITOR REPLACING
A. To Remove monitor:
(1.) Tools needed:
.Phillips 1.5 pt screwdriver (5)
.Right angle Phillips 1.5 pt screwdriver (10)
(2) Remove vented Panel: .Remove two screws (15) on top portion of vented panel.
.Carefully peel panel away from structure and slide out from underneath handrail.
(3)Remove the monitor:
.Remove the 4 screws (20) holding the har-ness and monitor.
.Remove the 2 brackets (25).

.Unplug harness.
.Remove the monitor by tilting the bottom of the monitor out from frame and sliding downward.
NOTE: Disassembly of the monitor .is not recommended, replace the complete unit if damage necessitates.
B. To install monitor, follow steps 1.3 in reverse order.

C. To remove shroud:
(2 plc’s)
.Remove the two hex bolts (30)
.Pull shroud assembly out the back of shell.

.Remove 2 screws (35)
.Remove 2 side screws (40). .Slide shroud off of frame.
D. To install shroud, reverse Step 4.
NOTE: Torque on Hex bolts on step 4.a. is
20.25 in.lb (2.2 . 2.7 Nm).
ADCN C1 allows for increase torque to 35
in.lb (3.9 Nm) maximum for push, pull
requirements on monitor tilt mechanism.
PAINTING.PROCEDURE
A. Mask off the surrounding area and lightly grind surface to be painted.
B. Rub paint from the metal parts and clean all metal surfaces with thinner alexit 62.
WARNING: CONDUCT ALL PAINTING OPERATIONS IN WELL VENTILATED AREA EQUIPPED TO REMOVE FUMES AND DUST PARTICLES FROM THE SURROUNDING WORKING AREA. AVOID BREATHING PAINT VAPOURS.USE RUBBER GLOVES, PVC APRON, PROTECTIVE GOGGLES AND FILTER MASK WHEN SPRAY PAINTING.
C. Repaint each part in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

ASSEMBLY
1. GENERAL
A. Before assembly, make sure that the CLEANING, CHECK and the REPAIR of all component parts has been carried out.
B. After repair or replacement of any damaged or worn parts, re.assemble the seat assembly following accepted workshop practices, noting the following detailed instructions. Use a tracking fixture to support the seat structure.
