Turn one of the shells down until it is separated from the centre console and remove it.
(t)
Turn the other shell down until it is separated from the center console and remove it too.
(u)
Press backrest backwards (manual release).
(v)
Lift up centre console and little and remove it backwards carefully. Pay attention that the brackets at the bottom of the centre console do not damage the side covers of the seat kinematics.
B. Removal of the baseframe assy with kinematics from the aircraft
(1)
To remove a baseframe assy with kinematics from an aircraft or any simulated mounting fixture, disengage the track.fitting located on the rear section of baseframe. Make sure that the anti.rattle device has been sufficiently loosened for removal of fitting from the track.
(2)
Move the seat assy 1/2 inch forward or aft and lift it from the mounting tracks.

C. Removal of the seat modules NOTE: The disassembly sequence can be changed.
(1) Baseframe Assy with Kinematic
(a) Removal of the Kinematic from the Baseframe (Refer to IPL figure 6)
1 Remove the screws (460, 590), bolt (750), nuts (470, 600, 760) and washers (480, 610, 770) and finally remove the kinematic complete assy.

Backrest Assy
(a) Removal of the Backrest Assy (Refer to IPL figures 6C/6) 1 IPL figure 6C: remove the screw (940) with nut (1010) and washer (990). 2 IPL figure 6:Remove the screw (110) with nut (100) and washer (120). 3 Remove the backrest assy from seat kinematic assy.

Legrest Assy (Refer to IPL figure 6E)
(a)
Removal of the Legrest Assy 1 Remove the screws (450), nuts (470) and washers (460) 2 Remove the screws (480), nuts (470) and washers (460,490) . 3 Rotate the connecting lever (40) away from the kinematic assy. Finally remove the legrest
assy.
(b)
Removal of the Actuator Assy
1 Pull the cover (550) backwards.
NOTE: The cover is attached with hook and loop tapes. 2 Remove screw (520) and washer (510) and finally remove the actuator assy (530).

Headrest Structure Assy (Refer to IPL figure 1)
(a)
Press fwd the spring sheet metal at the lower end of guide rails.
(b)
Remove the headrest assy (220) upwards.
