C.  Refer to the exploded.view illustrations in the Illustrated Parts List for location, sequence, quantity and identification of assemblies, sub.assemblies and parts. These Illustrations are also intended as a guideline for the assembly procedure.
D.  Whenever possible, replace low cost items during re.assembly to prevent possible future maintenance work as a result of failure of these parts.
E.  Replace the self.locking nuts and the pins before assembly.

ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

NOTE: In order to avoid errors during assembly, refer to the marking or numbering of the component parts. Refer to TABLE 8001 in the pageblock FITS AND CLEARANCES for the ‘TORQUE VALUES“.
A.  Assembly of the Seat Modules
NOTE: The disassembly sequence can be changed.

(1)  
Final Assembly Kit (Refer to IPL figure 1D)

(a)  TBD

(2)  
Headrest Assy (Refer to IPL figure 1)

(a)  
Press the spring sheet metal forward.

(b)  
Move the headrest structure (220) with guiderails to the backrest slider from upside down. NOTE: Ensure that the spring sheet metal is locked

B.  Ctr Console Assy (Refer to IPL figure 4)

ASSEMBLY OF ARMREST ASSEMBLY (Refer to IPL figure 3)
NOTE: Safety all screws with threadlocking compound (Loctite 243).

(a)  
Install the dowel pin (80) to the armrest arm (90) until it flush with the inner wall.

(b)  
Install the hinge (40) with the panhead screws (50).

(c)  
Install the armrest base (60) with the screws (70).

(d)  
Install the arm rest endcap (20) with the flat head screws (30).

(e)  
Install the arm cap assembly (10).

 

(4)  
ASSEMBLY OF THE TABLE CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY (Refer to IPL figure 4A)
NOTE: Safety all screws with threadlocking compound (Loctite 243).

(a)  
Install the screws (290) and the table mount brackets (280), (300).

(b)  
Install the screws (260) and the linear rail (250) to the baseplate (270).

(c)  
Install the aluminium carriage (200) to the linear rail (250).

(d)  
Press the dowel pins (220) into the stop bracket (210).

(e)  
Install the bumpers (230) to the stop bracket (210).

(f)  
Install the screws (240) and the stop bracket (210).

(g)  
Install the screws (180), (190) and the support assy (160).
