Remove the screws (180), (190) and the support assy (160). 4
Remove the screws (240) and the stop bracket (210). 5
Remove the dowel pins (220) and the bumpers (230) from the stop bracket (210). 6
Remove the aluminium carriage (200) from the linear rail (250).
7 Remove the screws (260) and the linear rail (250) from the baseplate (270).
8 Remove the screws (290) and the table mount brackets (280), (300).
(c) DISASSEMBLY OF ARM REST ASSEMBLY (REFER TO IPL FIGURE 3) 1 Remove the arm cap assembly (10). 2 Remove the flat head screws (30) and the arm rest endcap (20). 3 Remove the panhead screws (50) and the hinge (40). 4 Remove the screws (70) and the armrest base (60). 5 Remove the dowel pin (80) from the armrest arm (90).
E. Disassembly Shell Assy (Refer to IPL figure 5)
(1) General: This section provides removal and installation instructions for components of the Seat Shell Assemblies. Complete dissassembly is not required or recommended. The sequence of dissassembly may be changed to adapt to lacal conditions.
CAUTION: WHILE PERFOMING MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES; USE CARETO AVOID DAMAGE TO DECORATIES SURFACES WITH TOOLS, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: PERFORM ALL WORK ON A CLEAN PADDED WORK SURFACE. KEEP DECORATIVE SURFACES COVERED WITH AN APPROPRIATE PROTECTIVE COVER.

REMOVE HANDRAILS (BACK SHELL AND DIVIDER (Ref Fig 3001 sheet 1)
1 Lift Handrail vertically to disengage hook and loop tape. NOTE: Observe Handrail orientation for ease fo future installation.

REMOVE DECO PANELS (Ref Fig 3001 sheet 1)

Deco Literature Closeout Panel

Remove Handrail Ref Step (a). (When removing Deco Panel, Forward with Eagle only) 2
Grasp and edge of the deco panel and gently peel deco panel to desengage hok and loop tape or double.back tape.
(c) REMOVE DECO PANELS (Ref Fig 3001 sheet 1)
Removal ist typical for the following deco panels: Inboard End Bay Assembly; Outboard End Bay Assembly 1 Open circuit breakers for Seat Shells when removing outboard end bay panels that have
proximity lights.
2 Gently pry deco panel from end bay cap trim starting at bottom.
