10  Part C, MET: revision to include only those requirements for which ATS Standards Department retains regulatory responsibility following transfer of some functions to the Meteorological Authority.
A number of other, editorial changes have been made but are not listed.

Amendment 2/2005 (fourth amendment)
This amendment replaces the previous Scheme for the Regulation of the Hours of Civil ATCOs in the UK with the new scheme, which was published at Annex B of Part D in May 2004 to give ATS Providers an 18 month period in which to review their rostering arrangements. The new scheme is effective at the date of publication of this amendment.
The CAA’s responsibilities under the EMC Regulations ceased with effect from 20 October 2005, from which time ATM CNS radio equipment is required to comply with the Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment Directive (R&TTED) 1999/5/EC. The text at paragraph 4.2.2 of Part A, Regulatory Framework, has been amended to reflect this change and Part B, Section 4, GEN 04 page 1 has been deleted. References elsewhere in this CAP 670 to the EMC regulations will be amended as the opportunity arises.
The 2005 edition of the Air Navigation Order changed the Article numbers and in some cases the detail of the Article Provisions. The tables at Part A, Appendices A and B, have been amended to show the new and old Article numbers. References elsewhere in the CAP to ANO Articles will be amended when other changes need to be made to the pages in question.
Minor changes to the addresses in the Preamble have also been made.
Amendment 1/2006 (fifth amendment)

Part C Section 2 Navigation  Paragraph 2 Scope now includes references to new or retitled sections.  Editorial
