ATC 03 Emergency or Contingency Facilities
1 Introduction
1.1 Air Navigation Service Providers are required, under the SES Regulations, to develop and implement Contingency Plans. Advice and guidance on the European requirements and their application to specific units may be obtained from the appropriate Regional Office ATS.
