1 Introduction
NOTE: The European Regulatory Framework is subject to considerable development. In particular, the SES Regulations and EASA Regulations will co-exist, with certain SES Regulations being transposed into EASA Regulations. EASA Regulations will consist of 'Fast Tracked' SES Regulations and ultimately EASA Regulations developed by longer term EASA processes. In view of the timescales involved in updating CAP 670, references in this CAP to EU Level Regulations may not be up to date and it is advised that readers take note of any information promulgated via means such as CAP 670 Supplementary Amendments, CAA Information Notices and website information as at www.caa.co.uk/ATSRequirementsOverview.
