NAV 06  Amendment for clarification in table at paragraph 4.1.1.New paragraphs 5.1 and 5.3 have been added to include flight inspection intervals for DMEs that support Instrument Approach Procedures and those that support En Route services. 
Part C, Section 3'RAD' Sections  CAP 670 Supplementary Amendment 2010/01 has been included as SUR 01.All previously numbered 'RAD' Sections have been re-numbered to 'SUR' in preparation for the sections to be updated to include references to other surveillance systems other than radar in a future amendment. CAP 670 Supplementary Amendment 2010/02 has been included as SUR 10. 
FLI 03  The title of this section has been changed to reflect Surveillance Systems. 
Part D, Annex A  The Operational Duty in Excess of SRATCOH form has been updated to reflect a change to the Northern Region Office address and telephone number. 


Amendment 1/2011 (eleventh amendment)
This amendment incorporates the following changes:

Part B, Section 1 APP 02  Amended to include reference to the responsibilities and associated accountabilities of key personnel for Maintenance arrangements. 
Part B, Section 1 APP 04  Amendments to cross references. 
Part B, Section 2 ATC 01  Amendments to cross references. 
Part B, Section 2 ATC 02  Inclusion of CAA Information Notices and Safety Notices to the list of documents required to be available at an ATC unit. 

CAP 670 Air Traffic Services Safety Requirements

Part C  Part C has been subject to review and two new sections have been introduced from existing documents: Document MET 01 has been moved to new Section 4 and renumbered as MET. COM 05 Information and Alerting Systems has been moved to new Section 5 and renumbered as IAS. Existing COM 06 and COM 07 have been renumbered as COM 05 and COM 06. Cross references have been updated across Part C to reflect the new sections and renumbering of these documents. 
Part C, Section 1 COM 02  Amendment to year of publication of the Wireless Telegraphy Act. Inclusion of reference to DAP Policy Statement on Provision of Emergency Frequency 121.500 MHz. 
Part C, Section 1 COM 05  Moved to Section 5 and re-numbered as IAS. 
Part C, Section 1 COM 06 and COM 07  Renumbered as COM 05 and COM 06. 
Part C, Section 2 NAV 07  New document to introduce requirements for RNAV(GNSS) Instrument Approach Procedures. 
Part C, Section 3  The Introduction has been amended to remove the reference to the MET document. 
Part C, Section 2 SUR 05  Clarification of marker siting requirements. 
Part C, Section 2 SUR 07  Clarification of requirements. 
Part C, Section 2 SUR 11  Clarification of requirements for Display Functions. 
Part C, Section 2 FLI 03  Amendment to cross reference. 
Part C, Section 4 MET  New Section 'Meteorological'. Previously published as Document MET 01 in Part C, Section 3. 
Part C, Section 5 IAS  New Section 'Information and Alerting Systems'. Previously published as Document COM 05 in Part C, Section 1. This document has been extensively revised to include requirements and information on Flight Data Processing and Electronic Flight Progress Strips.
