Facility Performance  An ILS which provides guidance information from the coverage 
Category II – ILS  limit of the ILS to the point at which the localiser course line 
intersects the ILS glide path at a height of 15 m (50 ft) or less above

Heading  The direction in which the longitudinal axis of an aircraft is pointed, 
usually expressed in degrees from north (true, magnetic, compass 
or grid). (ICAO) 
Height  The vertical distance of a level, a point, or an object considered as a 
point measured, from a specified datum. (ICAO) 

Identification  The situation which exists when the position indication of a 
particular aircraft is seen on a situation display and positively 
identified. (ICAO) 
Information Urgency  The order of display, processing or other action in accordance with 
the sequencing of essential, routine and time-expired data. 
Instrument  Weather precluding flight in compliance with the Visual Flight 
Meteorological  Rules. (ANO) 
Conditions 
Integrity  That quality which relates to the confidence that can be placed in 
the validity of the information provided by a system. 
Integrity Risk  The probability of an undetected failure, event or occurrence within 
a given time interval. 
International Airport  Any airport designated by the Contracting State in whose territory 
it is situated as an airport of entry and departure for international air 
traffic, where the formalities incident to customs, immigration, 
public health, animal and plant quarantine and similar procedures 
are carried out. (ICAO) 

Lines of  A communications link which can be accessed at a particular
