Amendment 1/2010 (ninth amendment)
From time to time the ANO is revised and, where appropriate, re-organised to aid understanding. The latest revision, which is known as the Air Navigation Order 2009, was brought into effect on 1 January 2010. Those Articles within the Order which are applicable to air traffic service provision have been incorporated into four new Parts of the ANO. This has resulted in existing Articles being re-numbered and shortened and therefore a number of new Articles being created. References within this CAP to ANO Articles will be updated when other changes need to be made to the pages in question. The ANO 2009 is available on the CAA website at www.caa.co.uk/cap393.
