Extend the TE flaps 5 units (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (c)  
Listen for the operation of ignitor plug 1 on the applicable
 engine.


 (d)  
Retract the TE flaps (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (e)  
Make sure the operation of ignitor plug 1 stops on the
 applicable engine.


 (f)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the CUTOFF position.

_______ LEADING EDGE (LE) FLAPS, THE TRAILING EDGE (TE) FLAPS, OR THE FLAP MECHANISMS. WITH NO HYDRAULIC POWER, THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER CAN MOVE THE FLAPS. A MOVEMENT OF THE FLAPS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO THE PEOPLE OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
 (10) Put the IGNITION AUTO switch in the 2 position.
 (a)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the RUN position.

 (b)  
Extend the TE flaps 5 units (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (c)  
Listen for the operation of ignitor plug 2 on the applicable
 engine.


 (d)  
Retract the TE flaps (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (e)  
Make sure the operation of ignitor plug 2 stops on the
 applicable engine.


 (f)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the CUTOFF position.

 applicable engine.


 (d)  
Retract the TE flaps (AMM 27-51-00/201).

Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the CUTOFF position.

 (12) Open the 6K25 IGN CONT circuit breaker on the P6 main power supply panel and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag.
 H. Do The Standby Ignition System Test.

 (1)  Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers for the applicable engine:
 (a)  P6 Main Power Supply Panel
 1) 6G19 STBY IGN ENG 1
 2) 6G20 STBY IGN ENG 2
 3) 6G21 STBY IGN ENG 3
 4) 6G22 STBY IGN ENG 4

 (2)  Put the IGNITION STBY switch in the 1 position.
 (a)  
Make sure that STBY IGNITION ON shows on the main EICAS display.

 (b)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the RUN position.

 (c)  
Listen for the operation of ignitor plug 1 on the applicable engine.

 (d)  
Put the IGNITION STBY switch to the NORM position.

 (e)  
Make sure that STBY IGNITION ON does not show on the main EICAS display.

 (f)  
Make sure that the operation of ignitor plug 1 stops on the applicable engine.

 (g)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the CUTOFF position.

 (3)  Put the IGNITION STBY switch in the 2 position.
 (a)  
Make sure that STBY IGNITION ON shows on the main EICAS display.

 (b)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the RUN position.

 (c)  
Listen for the operation of ignitor plug 2 on the applicable engine.

 (d)  
Put the IGNITION STBY switch to the NORM position.

 (e)  
Make sure that STBY IGNITION ON does not show on the main EICAS display.

 (f)  
Make sure that the operation of ignitor plug 2 stops on the applicable engine.

 (g)  
Put the applicable FUEL CONTROL switch in the CUTOFF position.
