 A. Procedure
 (1) Do a check of the post flight report:
 - if there is a SYS DISAGREE ECAM message and related NLG uplock target-position CFDS message, do the fault isolation procedure from Para 4.A.(1)
- if there is no ECAM or CFDS message, but a loud noise was heard below the cockpit, do the fault isolation procedure from Para. 4.A.(8)
- if there is no ECAM or CFDS message, but the NLG door opens and closes undemanded, do the fault isolation procedure from Para. 4.A.(11).
 4. Fault Isolation

 A. Procedure
 NOTE : The procedure that follows, gives the information necessary to
____ identify mechanical faults related to the NLG and the NLG doors.
 (1) Do the detailed inspection/check of the nose landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-00-200-005). 
R (2) Do a check of the UPLOCK ASSY-NLG (2530GM) proximity sensors and R targets (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-810-846). 
R (a) If the indications are not correct during the check, do the R following: 
R 1_ Do a check for grease contamination of the uplock proximityR sensors and targets. 
R 2_ If there is too much grease in the area, clean off the greaseR and do the check in Para. 4.A. again. 
R  NOTE : Grease contamination can cause incorrect indications.

 (3) Do the inspection/check of the NLG hinge bearing clearances (Ref. AMM TASK 32-21-00-200-004).

R  (4) Do The Detailed Visual Inspection of the NLG Uplock (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-00-200-001). 
 (5) If a fault is found, do the applicable repair. 
 (6) Do the functional test of the normal extension and retraction of the nose landing gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-00-720-003).  
R R  (7) If the fault continues, do a check of the NLG Door Fully Open proximity sensors (Ref. TASK 32-31-00-810-818)  
R R  (8) If the fault continues, Do the Detailed Visual Inspection of the NLG Door Uplock (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-14-200-001).  
R R  (9) Do the Functional Test of the Normal Extension and Retraction of the Nose Landing Gear (Ref. AMM TASK 32-31-00-720-003).
