A. If you feel vibrations on the NLG during the T/O and lift off phases:
- remove the NLG wheels to do a check of the wheel balance (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-12-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-12-400-001).
(1) If the check of the NLG wheel balance is OK:
- remove the MLG wheels to do a check of the wheel balance (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-11-000-006) and (Ref. AMM TASK 32-41-11-400-006).
(2) If the check of the MLG wheel balance is OK:
- do a check for free rotation of the four wheels of the MLG
(a) If one wheel does not turn freely
- replace the associated brake unit (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-27-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 32-42-27-400-001)
(3) If the wheel rotation is OK:
- do an inspection/check of the MLG side stay bottom cardan joint (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-00-200-002)
(a) If the inspection/check is OK:
- do an inspection/check of the Gaps at the MLG side stay (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-11-200-002)
(4) If the inspection of the MLG side stay bottom cardan joint is OK:
- do an inspection/check of the MLG torque links for cracks or distortion (Ref. AMM TASK 32-11-27-200-001)
(a) If the inspection/check is OK:
- do a magnetic particle NDT inspection for cracks at apex lug of the MLG torque links
