Remove the bolt of the sensor 19QJ1(19QJ2) that attaches the P clip
(3) (Ref. TASK 28-46-15-000-001).

Remove and discard the cable-ties (1) from the harness 16QT1(16QT2).
(7)
Remove the nut (55), the washer (54) and the bolt (53) and remove the cable 4132VN1(4132VN2).
(8)
Disconnect the terminal connectors (2) from the terminal block of the fuel probe 34QT1(34QT2). (Ref. Fig. 408/TASK 28-42-43-991-008)
(9)
Remove and discard the terminal connectors (2) from the harness
16QT1(16QT2).
(10)
Remove and discard the cable-ties (1) from the harness 16QT1(16QT2) and the fuel probe 34QT1(34QT2) body.
(11)
Attach an applicable length of string to the ends of the harness 16QT1(16QT2). This will help to install the new harness.
(12)
Put tape around the end of the harness 16QT1(16QT2). This will help to let it move more easily through the conduit.
(13)
Get access through the opening 540MB(640MB) to RIB17.
(14)
Carefully pull the harness 16QT1(16QT2) from the outboard part of the conduit, until the ends attached to the string come into view.
(15)
Get access through the opening 540KB(640KB) to RIB15.
(16)
Carefully pull the harness 16QT1(16QT2) from the inboard part of the conduit, until the ends attached to the string come into view.
(17)
Identify and mark the string. This will help to install the new harness.
(18)
Remove and discard the tape and remove the harness from the string.
(19)
Remove the harness from the aircraft.
(20)
Leave the string in position for the installation.
