(1) You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-10-00-910-001) when you do work in a fuel tank.
(2) Put the safety barriers in position. Subtask 28-42-46-650-050
B. Fuel Configuration
(1)
Defuel the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001).
(2)
Drain the remaining fuel from the applicable fuel tank (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-003).

A. Removal of the Dualcomp (53QT)
(1)
Remove the nuts (7), (8) and (9) and the washers (5), (6) and (10).
(2)
Remove the electrical connectors (2), (3) and (4) from the dualcomp (1).
(3)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(4)
Remove the nuts (16), (17) and (18) and the washers (19), (20) and (21).
(5)
Remove the electrical connectors (22), (23) and (24) from the dualcomp (1).
(6)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(7)
Remove the bolts (11) and the washers (12).
(8)
Move the P-clips (13) and (15) away from the dualcomp (1).
(9)
Remove the dualcomp (1).
