 (1) Take the ICAO address and convert it into binary format
 (a)
 Find the plug to be pin-programmed (Ref. AWM 23-28-11)

 (b)
 Connect the pin-programming according to the binary format of the ICAO address. Any pin to be coded "0" on the plug, must be connected to the common pin 25 of the same plug.

 NOTE : For example, ICAO address 76CD46 (hexadecimal)/35546506
