R  8. On the RMP 1: 
R  - push the VHF 1 pushbutton 
R  switch.

R  - in the right window, with the

the VHF 1 reception pushbutton switch moves in then out to a level above that of the unselected pushbutton switches.

the MAINTENANCE MENU page comes into view.

On the MCDU 2:

the asterisk adjacent to the SEND indication goes out of view.

After not many seconds:
- on the MCDU 2, the asterisk adjacent to the SEND indication comes again into view.
On the MCDU 2:
-the asterisk adjacent to the PRINT indication goes out of view. It comes again into view when you get the printing.
