R  A. Installation of the Conditioned Air Inlet Valve 
R  (1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are 
R  clean and in the correct condition. 
R  (2) Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area. 
R  (3) Remove the blanking plugs from the disconnected line ends. 
R  (4) Install the flexible sleeve (3) on the pipe (1). 
R  (5) Install the new O-ring (7) in the pipe (9) groove. 
R  (6) Install the valve (6) in the flexible sleeve (3). 
R  NOTE : The arrow which shows the airflow direction must be point up.____ 
R  (7) Make sure that the valve (6) is in the correct angular position. The 
R  electrical cable must not be too tight or too loose. 
R  (8) Install the clamp (8) and torque to the value given on the clamp. 
R  (9) Put the flexible sleeve (3) in position. 
R  (10) Install the clamps (2) and (4) and tighten them. 
R  (11) Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors. 
R  (12) Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct 
R  condition. 
R  (13) Connect the electrical connector (5). 
R  **ON A/C ALL

 B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit
 breaker(s):
 3HQ, 5HQ, 6HQ

 C. Do an operational test of the ventilation system of the avionics
 equipment (Ref. TASK 21-26-00-710-001).

 NOTE : As an alternative procedure, you can do this operational test

 without the CFDS (Ref. TASK 21-26-00-710-001).
