Remove the section of bleed air duct forward of the ozone filters
100HM and 101HM (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-000-001).
(3)
Do a check for and remove any large quantities of oil which may be present in the ducts, the ozone filters or the connector grooves of the 'v'-flanges.

Cleaning of the Bleed Air Ducts and the Ozone Filters

Clean contaminated bleed air ducts and areas of the ozone filters that you can get access to with a lint-free cloth and CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-001K).
(6)
Install the removed sections of bleed air duct (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-400-001).
NOTE : Make sure that you do the leak check after the installation of
____
the bleed air ducts.
(7)
Disconnect the bleed-air joint ducts (B) on both engines at the bleed-pressure regulator valve side of the ducts (Ref. TASK 36-11-49-000-042).
(8)
Turn the bleed-air joint ducts (B) so that they face away from the
engines and any electrical cables or equipment.
NOTE : The open ends of the bleed-air joint ducts (B) must face in
____ such a direction that the hot bleed air can vent freely to atmosphere.
(9) Put protective covers on the open ends of the bleed-pressure
regulator valves.
(10) Remove the warning notice(s).

COOL TO PREVENT BURNS.
(1)
Put a warning notice in position in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU or the engines.
(2)
Remove the section of bleed air duct forward of the flow control valves 8HB and 11HB (Ref. TASK 36-12-41-000-001).
(3)
Do a check for and remove any large quantities of oil which may be present in the ducts or in the connector grooves of the 'v'-flanges.
