Make sure that the access platform in position.
(2)
Operate the crane and loosen the fastener of the sling (1) from the eye-end of the lower hoisting lug (2).
(3)
Remove the hoisting lug (2) from the lower hoist fitting (3).
(4)
Install the plastic plug (4) in the lower hoist fitting (3).
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).

(1)
Put the access platform in positon to the opened cargo door.
(2)
Attach the sling (1) to the crane with a min. capacity of 110.0 Kg
(242.5 lb.)
(3)
Remove the plastic plug (4) from the lower hoist fitting (3).
(4)
Install the hoisting lug (2) with the eye-end outboard into the lower hoist fitting (3).
(5)
Attach the fastener of the sling (1) to the eye-end of the lower hoisting lug (2).

(1) Make sure that the opened cargo door is safetied with the SUPPORT STRUT - CARGO DOORS (98D52307524000).

(2) Remove the two door actuators of the applicable cargo door (Ref. TASK 52-36-18-000-001).
(3) Operate the crane until the sling (1) is tight.
(4) Remove the support struts from the cargo door and the fuselage frames.
(5) Remove the access platform(s).
(6) Operate the crane so that the cargo door moves slowly down to its vertical position.
(7) Loosen the fastener of the sling (1) from the eye-end of the lower hoisting lug (2).
(8) Push the cargo door manually into the fuselage opening so that you can operate the door handle.
(9) Push the door handle down to the LOCKED position and push it into the recess of the door structure.
(10) Make sure that the green mark of each lock cam comes in view on the indication windows of the access panel 825AR and/or 826AR .
