(1)
Read-out the LAST LEG REPORT of the ECB and make sure that there is no fault available.
(2)
Do the self test of the ECB (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-001). Make sure that no maintenance message is shown.
(3)
Start and operate the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-004).
(4)
On the APU system page of the lower ECAM display unit, read the EGT values under the subsequent conditions:
-
EGT in Ready to Load (RTL) mode,
-
EGT in ECS 0/1 pack mode,
-
EGT in ECS 2 pack mode,
-
EGT in MES mode,
NOTE : The aircraft configuration for

.RTL mode:
-APU operates at more than 95% speed, .ECS 0/1 pack mode:
-
the APU BLEED pushbutton switch is in ON position,
-
the PACK 1 or PACK 2 pushbutton switch is in the on
position.
.ECS 2 pack mode:
