Update of Offences Regulations
A review and update of Schedule 1 of the Civil Aviation (Offences) Regulations has been completed and
forwarded to MoT for passing onto Parliamentary Counsel Office. This involved a review of all the current
Civil Aviation Rules and the development of a complete replacement of Schedule 1 of the (Offences)
Regulations instead of trying to develop individual amendment instructions. The Offences Regulations have
not been amended since they first came into effect in 1997. During the intervening period various new rules
have come into force and many others have been amended.
