Rule exemption petitions
Any interested person may petition the Director to grant an exemption from any specified requirement in an
ordinary Rule. Each petition for an exemption should be submitted to the Rules Docket Clerk in accordance
with Part 11 – Procedures for Making Ordinary Rules and Granting Exemptions.
Forms are available on the CAA web site (refer Legislation – Forms).
The CAA welcomes your comment in writing or by e-mail on any of the petition requests for exemptions
listed.
