Consider declaring an emergency. Notify ATC of the failure
and intended course of action. Possible courses of action

1) If the pilot intends to continue in RVSM airspace,
assess traffic situation to determine if the aircraft can
be accommodated through the provision of lateral,
longitudinal, or conventional vertical separation, and if
so, apply the appropriate minimum.
2）如果ATC 无法建立与其它航空器足够的间隔，申请
上升到RVSM 空域之上或下降到它之下的ATC 许
可。
2) Requesting ATC clearance to climb above or descend
below RVSM airspace if ATC cannot establish
adequate separation from other aircraft.
2）如果飞行员申请脱离RVSM 空域，如果可能，迅速
安排。

3）如果无法获得ATC 许可，执行本AIP 补充资料中6.0
