If the Captain calls "GO":
- The Captain continues the Take-off, after announcing "I have Control".
- The call V1 has precedence over any other call
- PNF to silence any aural warning by pushing the relevant illuminated push button. If unable to silence, acknowledge warning then use emergency cancel to allow communication.
- In case of single engine, ensure that the gear is selected up after a minimum height of 50 ft. has been achieved and positive climb is indicated.
- Irreversible actions like Fuel lever OFF or Pulling of the Fire Handle must only be done with the consent of and X-check by, the Captain.
While announcing "STOP" the Captain initiates the stopping action immediately & simultaneously. The other crew member on hearing the call STOP must remove his hands and feet from the Control Column/Thrust Levers and the rudder pedals immediately and revert to the duties of the PNF.
If the Captain calls "STOP":
- The Captain will execute the reject & is the PF.
- One single action of retarding the Thrust Levers is enough to initiate the reject provided the spoilers and Max Mode of Auto brakes were armed.
- PNF to monitor Deceleration and if auto mode(s) of deceleration do not operate as required, call out the same without delay, in which case the Captain will use full manual braking.
- Call out if reverser(s) engaged or not; if available use till aircraft Stopped.
- Call out approximate Runway distance remaining towards the end of the reject roll.
- Once the aircraft comes to a Stop, the Captain applies Parking brake.
- PNF to inform ATC. Call for assistance, if required.
- PNF calls and carries out suitable actions on Captain's command.
- Consider possibility of Wheel fire and Tyre burst/Evacuation.
- After completion of C/L Pull CVR cb.
- Inform Company.
In case the Take-off is being performed by a PIC Under Supervision (PICUS) or the First Officer, the PIC U/Supervision or the First Officer will keep his hand lightly on the throttle levers, while the Captain holds the throttle levers rear extensions. This is done so as to enable the Captain to discontinue / reject a take-off without delay, performing one single action of retarding the throttle levers thereby ensuring spoiler extension and auto brake application (provided the ground speed of the a/c is 85 kts. or more and if the Ground Spoilers & Auto Brakes ‘ MAX’ were armed).
It is impossible to list all the factors which could lead to the decision to reject the take-off, but in order to help in the decision process, the ECAM inhibits the warnings which are not of paramount importance, from 70 kt to 400 ft. ( or 1 minute after lift-of whichever occurs first.)
Note: 1 After completion of any flight in which an Emergency or Incident or Accident has taken place, it is mandatory to pull the CVR C/B. 中国航空网 www.aero.cn 航空翻译 www.aviation.cn 本文链接地址:Airbus ABNORMAL/EMERGENCY PROCEDURES 空客非正常/紧急程序(6)
