NOTE: You should measure the skin on the left and right sides of
____ the airplane as shown in Part II, Skin Measurement. To get the measurement tool contact Boeing. When you contact Boeing, you should also submit a purchase order for Technical Service Agreement (TSA). With a TSA, Boeing will analyze the measurement data and determine if the skin is within the limits necessary to RVSM.
If the analysis determines that the skin waviness is within the limits necessary for RVSM, Boeing will give an FAA form 8110-3 to the airline recommending approval.

(7) If the inspection area has an external repair, or if the airplane has a flush repair that extends under a frame or stringer, see if you have one of the following conditions:
-Does the airplane have an external repair that is not within the limits shown in the SRM.
-Are the total number of repairs that are within, or extend into, the inspection area greater than 2.
NOTE: You can have a total of two repairs on one side of the
____ airplane or you can have one repair on both sides of the airplane.
NOTE: In step 2 above, do not count flush repairs that do not
____ extend under frames or stringers. Flush repairs that do not extend under frames or stringers do not make the skin bulge.
