Remove panels on lower side of stab-ilizer and inspect for worn or missing parts. Replace worn or missing parts. Replace locknuts and torgue bolts (AMM 27-31-00/ 201 and S/B 737-55-1040). 
Replace worn parts. Torque all bolts. 
Remove tab and repair.
