(2) Make sure the airplane is grounded correctly (AMM 20-41-01/201).
S 863-164
(3) Open these circuit breakers and install the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a) On the overhead circuit breaker panel, P11:
1) 11S33, OXYGEN PRESS
2) GUN 004-007;
11S32, PASS OXY PRESS
(b) GUN 004-007;
On the APU/EXT power panel, P34:
1) 34B2, PASS OXY PRESS IND
S 013-005
(4) Open the access panel for the crew oxygen cylinder.
S 863-006
CAUTION:_______DO NOT APPLY TOO MUCH TORQUE. IF YOU APPLY TOO MUCH TORQUE, DAMAGE TO THE VALVES CAN OCCUR.
(5) Close the shutoff valve for the crew oxygen cylinder with your hand.
S 033-007
WARNING: YOU MUST LET THE PRESSURE IN THE LINE BLEED OUT BEFORE YOU
_______ DISCONNECT THE CYLINDER. THE PRESSURE CAN BE AS MUCH AS 1850 PSI. INJURY CAN OCCUR IF YOU DO NOT LET THE PRESSURE BLEED OUT.

Slowly loosen the coupling-to-cylinder nut to bleed the pressure. Then, fully disconnect the cylinder.

Disconnect the overboard discharge line (B-nut) from the oxygen cylinder neck.

Turn the regulator down to the service position.

(9)
Remove the T-bolt nut, turn the forward retaining ring in the forward direction.
