(4) S 013-069-001Open the aft potable water service panel.
(5) S 483-004-001Connect the drain hose to the overflow port at the potable water service panel.
(6) S 683-008-001Turn the drain valve handle on the potable water service panel to OPEN.
(7) S 683-013-001Move the WATER TANK FILL VALVE to the OPEN position to speed draining.
(8) S 683-021-001Open the shutoff valve for the water supply in each lavatory.
(9) S 683-022-001Open the water drain valve in each lavatory.

Open the shutoff valve for the water supply and all the water faucets (both HOT and COLD sides), coffee makers, and water boilers in each galley.

When no more water drains from the overflow port do these steps:
(a)
To deactivate the potable water air compressor, do this task: Potable Water System - Pressure Release (AMM 38-10-00/201).
(b)
Move the handle for the WATER TANK FILL VALVE to the CLOSED position.
(c)
Turn the drain valve handle to CLOSED.

Disconnect the drain hose from the overflow port at the potable water service panel.

Close the door for the aft potable water service panel.

To release pressure from the potable water system, do this task: Potable Water System - Pressure Release (AMM 38-10-00/201).

Open the door for the potable water service panel.
(3)
Open the cap on the water fill connection.
(4)
Connect the water supply hose to the water fill connection.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a water pressure of
____ 25 psi (175 kPa) to fill the potable water system. Do not use a water pressure of more than 55 psi (380 kPa).
