3. Fault Confirmation

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002)
(2) Do the EIS start procedure (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001)
- Make sure there is no PFD/ND transfer or no ECAM/ND transfer
(3) On the center pedestal, on the SWITCHING panel 8VU:
- set the EIS DMC selector switch to NORM
B. Test
(1) Do the System Test of the DMC3 (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-740-004)
- refer to Para. 4.A.
C. Test
(1) Do the System Test of the DMC2 (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-740-004)
- refer tp Para. 4. B.
D. Test
(1) Do the System Test of the DMC1 (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-740-004)
- refer to Para. 4.C.
4. Fault Isolation

A. If the test gives :
(1) the maintenance message: DMC3(1WT3)
- replace the DMC-3 (1WT3) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-34-400-001)
(2) the maintenance message: DU PFD CAPT(2WT1)
- replace the PFD-CAPT (2WT1) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-22-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-22-400-001)
