- Do the LRU Identification Check (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-740-011)
(1) Make sure that the EIS software P/N of the F/O PFD DU is the same as the EIS software P/N on the microdisk that is in the storage box.
(a) If the part numbers are the same:
- replace the PFD-F/O (2WT2) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-22-000-001) (Ref. AMM TASK 31-63-22-400-001)
(b) If the part numbers are not the same:
- do the crossloading of the DMC2 to the F/O PFD DU (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-610-002)
B. Do the test given in Para. 3.A

(1) On the F/O LIGHTING/LOUD SPEAKER control panel (500VU):
- turn the ND potentiometer to the OFF position then to the BRT middle position. If the DISPLAY SYSTEM VERSION INCONSISTENCY message is not shown on the F/O ND DU
- no maintenance action is necessary.
(a) If the DISPLAY SYSTEM VERSION INCONSISTENCY message is shown on the F/O ND DU
- do the following test.
