R B. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
R (1) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
R (Ref. AMM TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
R (2) Do the EIS start procedure (Upper ECAM DU and lower ECAM DU only)
R (Ref. AMM TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
R (3) On the ECAM control panel on the center pedestal, push the HYD
R pushbutton switch. Make sure that the HYD page is shown on the system
R display of the ECAM.
R (4) Look for fault indications on the lower ECAM DU.
R (5) Monitor the condition of the circuit breaker 1841GN.
R 4. Fault Isolation
_______________
R A. If the Fault Confirmation gives:
R - The hydraulic system pressure indication of the Green, Blue and Yellow
R hydraulic system is replaced by amber XX on the lower ECAM DU.
R - The circuit breaker 1841GN is open:
R (1) Do a check for a defective hydraulic pressure transmitter as follows:
R (a) Remove the electrical connector from the HYDR. PRESSURE
R TRANSMITTER (1065GN).
R (b) Close the circuit breaker 1841GN:
R 1_ If the circuit breaker 1841GN stays closed:
R - Replace the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (1065GN) (Ref. AMM
R TASK 29-32-11-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-11-400-001).
R 2_ If the circuit breaker 1841GN opens:
R a_ Connect the the electrical connector of the HYDR. PRESSURE
R TRANSMITTER (1065GN).
R (c) Do the worksteps (a) thru (b) again at the:
R - HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (2065GN)
R - HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (3065GN)

R (d) Replace the applicable hydraulic pressure transmitter which
R causes the circuit breaker 1841GN to open:
R - for the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (2065GN) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-
R 32-11-000-002) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-11-400-002)
R - for the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (3065GN)> (Ref. AMM TASK 29-
R 32-11-000-003) and (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-11-400-003)
R (2) If the fault continues:
R (a) Do a check for continuity between:
R - the CB (1841GN) and the pin C of the terminal block (7502VT)
R (Ref. AWM 29-32-02).
R 1_ If there is no continuity:
R a_ Repair the wiring between the CB (1841GN) and the pin C of
R the terminal block (7502VT) (Ref. AWM 29-32-02).
R b_ If the fault continues:
R - Replace the C/B-HYDRAULIC/HYD/QTY/IND (1841GN).
R 2_ If there is continuity:
R - Do a check for continuity between the pin C of the terminal
R block (7502VT) and the pins D, E, H of the terminal block
R (7502VT) (Ref. AWM 29-32-02).
R a_ If there is no continuity:
R - Replace the terminal block (7502VT).
R B. Do the applicable operational test of the hydraulic pressure transmitter,
R to make sure that the operation is correct (no fault indications shown):
R - For the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (1065GN) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-
R 710-001)
R - For the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (2065GN) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-
R 710-002)
R - For the HYDR. PRESSURE TRANSMITTER (3065GN) (Ref. AMM TASK 29-32-00-
R 710-003).
