A. Do the BITE test of the FLSS (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-00-740-001).
(1) Examine the FLSS STATUS Page.
(2) If the page shows messages for one or more of the other sensors and/or the FLSCU-2, do (Ref. TASK 28-46-00-810-818).
(3) If the message 284615 C HI DUMMY SENSOR 6QJ is not shown:

R **ON A/C 001-049, 051-099, 101-149, 151-199, 201-299, 401-499,
A. If the MCDU shows the message 284615 DUMMY SENSOR 6QJ:
(1) Do a resistance check of the dummy sensor 6QJ at the terminal block 202VT(92VU) between terminals 6H and 6C (Ref. AWM 28-46-03). Make sure the resistance is between 29.7 and 36.3 ohms. If the resistance is:
- within range as specified above, go to Step (2)

- not within range as specified above or open circuit, go to Step (4).
(2) Replace the FLSCU-2 (9QJ) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-400-001).
(3) If the fault continues:
(a) Do a check (Ref. AWM 28-46-03) of the aircraft wiring (dummy sensor input line - H) between the FLSCU-2 rack connector AB, pin 11A and the terminal block 202VT, terminal 6D.
(b) Do a check (Ref. AWM 28-46-03) of the aircraft wiring (dummy sensor input line - L) between the FLSCU-2 rack connector AB, pin 11B and the terminal block 202VT, terminal 6J.
(c) Do a check (Ref. AWM 28-46-01) of the aircraft wiring (FLSCU-2 BITE 1 test command line) between the FLSCU-2 rack connector AA, pin 15B and the FQIC rack connector AB, pin 10H.
(d) Do a check (Ref. AWM 28-46-03) of the aircraft wiring (FLSCU-2 LS7 output line) between the FLSCU-2 rack connector AB, pin 3A and the FQIC rack connector AB, pin 12H.
(e) Repair all the unserviceable wiring and connectors.
(f) Do the test in Para. 3.A.
(4) If the fault continues or if the resistance of the dummy sensor is not in range in Step (1):
(a) Replace the CTR TK HIGH LVL DUMMY SENSOR (6QJ).
(b) Do the test in Para. 3.A.
**ON A/C 301-399,
A. If the MCDU shows the message 284615 C HI DUMMY SENSOR 6QJ:
(1) Do a resistance check of the dummy sensor 6QJ at the terminal block 202VT(92VU) between terminals 6H and 6C (Ref. AWM 28-46-03). Make sure the resistance is between 29.7 and 36.3 ohms. If the resistance is:
- within range as specified above, go to Step (2)
- not within range as specified above or open circuit, go to Step (4).
(2) Replace the FLSCU-2 (9QJ) (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-000-001) and (Ref. AMM TASK 28-46-34-400-001).

(3) If the fault continues:
