R  Automatic FLSS BITE

R  After power-up the FQIC initiates the FLSS BITE tests provided the 
R  conditions that follow are met: 
R  - the FQIC power-up BIT is complete 
R  - at least 35 seconds have passed since power was applied to the FQIC 
R  - the flight phase is 2 or less or not available 
R  - the Ground/Flight input discrete (Gnd/Flt) indicates ground 
R  - this is the MASTER channel. 
R 
R  In addition to the above each group requires the power and fuel 
R  quantity conditions as shown below.
