Do a test of the Engine-Driven Pump (EDP) in the Left Hydraulic System With the Engine in Operation

 (1)  Open this circuit breaker on the P11 panel and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag :
 (a)  11D31, HYDRAULIC PTU CONT

 (2)  Put these switches, on the hydraulic control panel, in the OFF position:
 (a)  
L and R HYD PUMPS ELEC

 (b)  
C HYD PUMPS ELEC 1 and 2

 (c)  
L and R HYD PUMPS ENG.

Make sure these lights on the hydraulic control panel are on:

 (a)  
SYS PRESS light for the left hydraulic system

 (b)  
PRESS light for the left EDP.

 

 (4)  
Operate the left engine at minimum power (AMM 71-00-00/201).
