CAUTION: YOU MUST REMOVE THE SOLID PLUG, P/N 73866, FROM THE SEEP
_______ PORT OF THE PUMP. IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THIS PLUG, THE PUMP CAN BECOME TOO HOT.
(b) If a solid plug, P/N 73866, is in the seep port of the pump, remove the plug and the O-ring from the pump.
NOTE: If the plug has vent holes, you must not remove it

(6) If necessary, install the vibration isolators (18) on the mounting plate (21).
NOTE: All four vibration isolators must be the same part number.

Install hydraulic pump (28) on the vibration isolators (18).

Install the washers (23) and the bolts (22) to attach the vibration isolators (18) to the mounting plate (21).

Fill the pump (28) with hydraulic fluid.

Install the supply hose (6) on the pump (28).

Put the pump (28) in position.
NOTE:____The weight of the pump is 45 pounds. You must hold the pump until you install the bolts (24).

Connect the bonding jumper (16) to the pump (28) with the bolt (14), and the washers (15), if installed.

Remove the nut (19) at the location of each bonding jumper (17).

Install the bonding jumper (17) on the vibration isolator (18) with one washer (20) on each side of the jumper (17) and install the nut (19) (SWPM 20-20-00, of the Standard Wiring Practices Manual D6-54446 ).

Do a check of the electrical resistance for the bonding jumper (SWPM 20-20-00, of the Standard Wiring Practices Manual D6-54446). The maximum resistance is 0.0001 ohm.
