 If Value No. 4 is less than -0.75 GPM, usually you must replace a spoiler PCA because of high seal leakage.

 If Value No. 4 is more than 0.75 GPM, usually you must replace a spoiler PCA because of high null leakage.

 If Value No. 4 is between the above PCA limits, you can not make a decision about PCA replacement until you do the Full Hydraulic System Internal Leakage Check and Isolation of Components with High Leakage procedure.

 Put the speedbrake lever to the down-and-locked position.
