Apply hydraulic lubricant or hydraulic fluid to the new O-rings, the backup rings, and the threads of the filter case.

Install the new O-rings and the backup rings on the filter case.

Install the filter element and the filter case on the filter module.

Tighten the filter case by hand.

Safety the filter case with a lockwire.
G. Install the Differential Pressure Indicators (Fig. 401)

Apply hydraulic lubricant or hydraulic fluid to the new O-rings and the threads of the differential pressure indicator.
(2)
Install the new O-rings on the differential pressure indicator.
(3)
Remove the cap from the opening in the filter module.
(4)
Install the differential pressure indicator on the filter module.
(5)
Tighten the differential pressure indicator to 200-250 pound-inches.
(6)
Safety the differential pressure indicator with a lockwire.
